First and foremost, we trust that you, your family, and loved ones have remained safe and healthy in the past few months. It has been a challenging period for all of us and it is now time to begin resuming our normal lives and activities with the necessary precautions.
We are delighted to welcome you back to The Ambassador and would like to take this opportunity to apprise you of the additional sanitization and hygiene precaution we have adopted at our Hotels for your protection and to ensure your safe stay with us. The measures adopted by us conform to the guidelines prescribed by the World Health Organization, Government of India, and other International and national agencies.
We request your co-operation in adhering to these precautionary measures for your safety and that of your fellow traveler.
To ensure a contactless check-in process we request that you provide all registration information and a copy of identity proof at the time of making your reservation. You will be required to submit a self-declaration form outlining your travel history and other details at the time of check-in.
We request you to pay your room bills by using digital mode via payment gateway/UPI/e-wallets and Internet Banking before arrival to ensure a contactless check-in experience.
We encourage you to download the Aarogya Setu App of the Government of India before arrival.
It will be mandatory for all guests and Hotel employees to undergo a temperature check at the hotel entrances. Guests have to wear masks before entering the hotel.
We encourage e-Invoicing, bill copy in PDF format will be sent to the email id registered after check-out. We discourage giving print out of bills at this point in time.
We have placed posters and signboards with Do’s and Don’ts for all guests & employees as per the guidelines.
Certain guest amenities such as note pads, pens, guest folders, menu cards have been removed from the rooms to avoid cross-contamination. Coffee, sugar, tea sachets, and bathroom amenities are available only on request.
All Hotel employees will be wearing the prescribed Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including face mask, face shields, disposable gloves and protective suit when required.
Food servers and supervisors are imparted to enhanced training on safe food preparation and service practices.
While on the Hotel premises guests are requested to observe social distancing and hygiene protocol including washing and sanitizing their hands as required. Sanitizers will be available in all public areas and guests will be provided with a Personal Safety Kit containing face mask, sanitizer and disposable gloves.
Service of Food and Beverages in the restaurant and bars is temporarily suspended. However, 24 hours of In-Room dining will be available.
The In-Room Dining menu is available in QR Code form placed in each room, can be downloaded on your smart phone using any QR Scanner and your order taker will be too pleased to assist you with choosing your meal preference.
For your protection, In-Room Dining trays will be conveniently placed outside your room. You will be informed by the server when your meal is placed outside your room. After completing your meal please place your tray outside your room and inform In-Room Dining to have it cleared.
Mattresses, furniture, furnishings, bath fittings, floors, and floor coverings and all high touch items/surfaces such as door handles, drawers, remotes, bedside tables, etc. in your guest room will be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected before every check-in and check-out and every day during the cleaning of the room as per guest request using alcohol-based disinfectant with hand sprayer and cold fogging method.
Specially trained housekeeping staff in protective gear will change all bed linen and towels daily. Turn-down service is only on request and guests have to step out during cleaning
We have enhanced the ventilation and quality of fresh air to all guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel and the temperature will be maintained at a comfortable 24 degrees centigrade.
Facilities such as Health Club, Gymnasium, Spa, Pool, and Recreation Rooms are temporarily discontinued.
Outside visitors are not permitted to enter the Hotel.
