The hospitality deserves a special mention — all the staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to dining, the service was seamless and warm.
The food and dine-in experience was very good. The staff were especially kind and flexible in customizing food options based on our preferences, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The amenities are excellent and well maintained. The lawn area and swimming pool were very clean, and the property also has great recreational options like a squash court and an open badminton court, which added to the overall experience.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful antique artefacts that gave a classic charm to the interiors. The bathtub was well maintained and added a nice touch of luxury to the stay.
One small area of improvement would be minor renovation, especially in a few washroom interiors, to better match the otherwise premium feel of the property.
Overall, Ambassador Ajanta is a wonderful place to stay in Aurangabad, offering great hospitality, excellent amenities, and a peaceful environment. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
Ms. Ayesha was especially helpful—she kindly took us around the property and introduced us to some rare and beautiful trees, which was a lovely touch. The place has a serene, spiritual feel to it; the stay itself feels like a meaningful journey.
Mr. Sankat and Mr. Sanket were extremely efficient and handled a few issues promptly and smoothly. Their support really stood out.
